Hi folks; I was perusing the latest Fonthous catalog and came across a face called "Goudy Stout." It was done by Castle Systems, and was based on Goudy's 1939 Blackletter design. I could have swarn that I've seen a similar face in the public domain for Type 1 Macs. It is kinda like Gadzookz, a new PD face; it's kinda like that face David Rakowski did that looks like "Bodini after 6-7 beers." (whatever it's called) But it is a heavier weight. The Q is unique, as well as the W; looks like Ashley Crawford a bit. (Rakowski has also done a version of this face). Another face I am looking for in PD or commercial is one that Country Kitchen has used in it's ads; the unique feature is that the lower cased "t" looks like a baby formula bottle. It is again a blackface/title face; heavier than usual, not germanic. Thanks Jim Rinaldo
