There is an EXCELLENT book, but maybe, maybe it is only available in
German. It is called "Professionelles Gestalten mit dem PageMaker 4.0"
and is written by Gert Wiescher, who has studied - as far as I know - under
Erich Spiekermann. The publisher is called Systhema. It focuses on
learning how to use PageMaker AS WELL as on typography and the examples
are beautiful. Also Gert Wiescher's style is very entertaining. It is fun
to read, even if you don't care about the subject.
