I'm having trouble with fonts under WP 6.0a for DOS.

I just bought a CD (Font Factory) of TrueType fonts, and installed a 
couple dozen of them to the Windows System directory. (I have that 
directory selected for TT fonts for WP.)

Even after running WPFI, WP does not recognize the new fonts.

My Windows apps recognize them, tho.

Could it be a problem with WP.DRS?

What am I doing wrong?

I suspect that you haven't reset the "location of files" to point to
Windows\System, but left it as the WP default.  Setup | Location of Files |
Printer (if I remember correctly), then change the location for TrueType
files to c:\windows\system.  NOW run WPFI.  This should fix it.
