HandyKey Corp. twiddler one-handed keyboard & mouse for sale. $200 new. In
original box, used 1 hour $130 (including C.O.D and UPS blue in USA).

I bought this thing because I have a Repetitive Strain Injury in my left hand
and hoped to type right-handed only. The Typing-Injury FAQ page:

http://www.cs.princeton.edu/~dwallach/tifaq/

has a picture.

I read somewhere that HandyKey has a satisfaction guarantee, but they don't.

I found the thumb buttons on top to be too stiff. Also, the twiddler hooks up
to your serial port, so you have to use its mouse, which works with mecury
switches or strain gauges or something, but is tilt-based and hard to get used
to. There's a passthrough connector for your regular keyboard, so the twiddler
can get power and so you can continue to use your regular keyboard.

In short, I think this thing was designed for presentations and would serve that
application well, but for RSI sufferers, it's not so great.
