You are looking at most likely a $400 spare part if you're lucky or replacement of the entire LCD display at a cost of no less than $700 if you're unlucky...and that will also depend on the model of your laptop. If you're curious, call Metafore ask for a quote on an FL Inverter or an LCD replacement screen for your laptop model. But you can forget about the $20 offer....there will be no takers as the time it takes to replace that alone will most likely be minimum 40 minutes to 1.5 hours regardless of where you get it done. Rates now begin at $50 or more for sure per hour.
