My definition of "brand new" is that the goods are unused and are in the same condition as they were when manufactured. I'd be happy to consider other definitions if there are any. I photograph items such as these so that people can see EXACTLY what they will get. Yes they were originally supplied as a trade pack of 50 PCMCIA cards. The latest software (which can be downloaded from 3Com) is included on Floppy what license cert? - there is not one included in the retail package either. no pretty box - just a sturdy plain one from me to protect it when shipped. I trust the above makes things clear for anyone who was confused Any doubt as to my dealings - please check out my Ebay feedback As an Ebay purchaser, I also would question some peoples definition of new. I've recently bought a few "new" items only to find that they have been very thoroughly tested!! New auctions just started http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1287961350 http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1287961008 The cards listed below have all been sold now.
