There is a mailing list for POV-Ray and DKBtrace (its predecessor).
To subscribe to it, send mail to listserv@trearn.bitnet with one
line (in the body not the subject line) containing :
	subscribe dkb-1 <Your full name>
You will then be added to the list, and then send mail to :
	dkb-1@trearn.bitnet
to get it distributed to everyone else on the list.
