Graphic Gems, where is source code?

Is there an ftp site where I can down load the source code listed
in "Graphic Gems"(vol 1) by Glassner?

Also, I've manually typed in (ugh!) one of the examples, "Generic
Convex Polygon Scan Conversion and Clipping" by Paul Heckbert.
This program contains a small, but important error. How can I
report this bug, either to Paul Heckbert, Andrew Glassner, or the
publisher (Academic Press)?

Thank you in advance,
-knight
