Try wustl.wuarchive.edu under /graphics/graphics/books/graphics-gems
or princeton.edu under /pub/Graphics/GraphicsGems.

Both of these FTP sites have the source code from all three volumes
with some bug fixes and corrections.

Regarding bug reports--perhaps you should check to see if it's
already been found and fixed. Here's an exerpt from the README
file that is on both of the above FTP sites.

Additional submissions (bug fixes, skeleton programs, auxiliary
routines, etc.) may be directed to the site administrator,
	Craig Kolb (cek@princeton.edu).

Thanks to Eric Haines for compiling and maintaining the
	eratta list.

GGems.tar.Z The most up-to-date versions the gems.
Errata.GraphicsGems	Errata to Graphics Gems, first edition.
GGems.old.tar.Z Older, buggier, uglier versions of the gems.
