	Header2Scheme is an automatic C++ to Scheme foreign function
interface generator. It is a tool for creating a simple, consistent Scheme
interface to a large number of C++ classes.

	New features in version 1.3 include:
	- C++ extensions to SCM now much more robust. Several changes; see
documentation for details.
	- Generated Makefiles now more machine independent.
	- Fixed bug which prevented char typedefs from being recognized.
	- Now adds a feature for each generated package. Allows
conditionalization of Scheme code via require.
