O.K. Now, There was not much feedback on my first post, I'm crossing my fingers on this one. Well, eventually I noticed mesademo 2.5, Which for some obscure reasons I overlooked at first and got the version 2.4. That was my main problem. Now everything compiles perfectly, including the DEMOS. But I get the "This program has performed an illegal operation,,," requester from running any of them. Getting into DEBUG information, It all comes out to an "Unhandled exception trap" in glide2x.dll. ---> 004345FB mov ebx, dword ptr [eax] 004345FD call dword ptr [ebx+60h] I tried the already compiled versions, available on the WWW I can say they work very well. It must have to do with accessing the glide2x.dll I would appreciate advice on what I could try next. My first goal is to get a working MESA environment for voodoo rush. Then I'll try to work on neat demos/freeware/shareware. I am using VC++5.0, in Win95, latest GlideSDK (dlls,2.43) Can somebody help me get a proper setup ?
