LightWave outputing to Abekas??

I normally output my Lightwave animations to a PAL Betacam SP (at 720 x 576). However, a client wants me to output some animations onto Abekas format for editing in D1 (or is it D2?!?). Now, I know the Exabyte 8500 / 8505 with the Adpro's Abekas saver can output to 8mm DATs which I could then read on the Abekas editor (??? I've never tried it, only read it, so please guide me here on how easy or difficult this would be). What format do I render my LW animation to and what size (for PAL output, not NTSC, btw.)

I assume I could render on the PC and ethernet the IFF over to my Amiga to save to this Exabyte tape using the AdPro Abekas saver.. (BTW, anyone got one for sale?? :^) )

Also, I'll need to composite my LW animation on some live footage, so what's the best way to do this, btw?

PLEASE HELP!

thanks much

I use a shareware product called GenerexxT which works with ADPro. I
have the ADPro bacus driver. This will sit in the backgroud and or
forground and convert all frames to Abacus (8mm Exabyte Required) and
works well... Thats all on an Amiga though.

Actually ImageFX will do it as well with autofx, if I am not mistaken.
