That didn't help. It seems that lack of ATM support under Classic is the 
problem. ATM renders PS fonts on the screen under OS 9, but it looks like 
this is an internal function of OS X when running Classic and it doesn't do 
a very good job of rendering the fonts. I'll try the TrueType versions of 
the fonts and see if that makes any difference (although I doubt it will).
