Writing AVS Subroutine/Coroutine Modules in C++

Hi,

I am planning to use C++ for implementing a number of AVS modules, both
subroutine, as well as coroutine modules. Has anyone had any experience in this
matter. Are there any pitfalls I should be wary about? Is it possible at all?

I was planning to put the avs routines in an extern "C" block, and write
the module itself in C++. I know one can call C routines from a C++ program, but
in this case it will somewhat the other way round, since I have to link to the
avs libraries, which contain the 'main,' atleast for subroutine modules. Correct
me if I am wrong.

Any information would in this matter will be greatly apreciated.

Thanks,
Srinivas
