Yes, Jeff Saltz at DEC's Paris Research Lab has used AVS to model financial data. The people he showed it to didn't like the "techie" look of AVS, so Jeff replaced the interface with Motif widgets. It's a bit more programming, but you do what you gotta do in order for people to use your work. William
