The PostScript files for the "Module Writer's Guide" are available
on the Edinburgh FTP site -- it would be very difficult to use the
module builder without that manual.  The full manual set is also
available from SGI as product M4-EXPLR-1.0 for around $195.

Also, SGI teaches a 4-1/2 day course on explorer every quarter.  Mountain
View is a long and expensive ride from where you are, though, but I am
expecting that sometime a course will come to the UK, either from SGI
or from another group.
