Dear Explorer-folks,
Using DataScribe, it's easy enough to read a 2D Uniform Lattice or a 2D
Perimeter Lattice, but I want half of each of these! Along one axis,
I've got uniformly-distributed points, along the other, I need general
spacing (perimeter-style).
Can anyone suggest how to do this?
- Is there a module to turn my bounds and Npoints into a perimeter-list?
- Would I want to do this with 1024 evenly-spaced points
(efficiency drop)?
- Is there a Uniform/Perimeter data type anywhere?
- Do I really want a 1D (Perimeter) lattice of 1D (Uniform) lattices?
(not allowed by DataScribe!)
(if anyone's interested, our data are a set of nice, orderly spectra
taken at varying temperatures, which cannot be guaranteed to be equally
spaced)
Thanks in advance,
-Dick
