the Timer module

I have tried to use the Timer module to output the values
0.0 through 2.0 in steps of 0.1. I've tried all combinations
to start, stop and step values, however, the increment always
seems to end up being 1.0. Does anyone understand what's
happening here?

Any help would be appreciated.
