I've tried this module with GIF's, AVS .x images, and Sun RAS images.
I've found that it seems to miss the colormap on the pseudocolor image
files like GIF's and RAS's, but obviously it can't miss when the input
file is a 24-bit image. Has anyone else noticed this, or am I using the
module incorrectly? Is there an easy fix? 

I've tried re-making the module since it is provided with source, but it
doesn't come with two needed include files, im.h and sdsc.h
