Only 20 args in mbuilder?

In using mbuilder, the Function Arguments GUI will only let me enter
20 arguments. Is this a hard limit in Explorer? If I try to add an
argument after the last one, it erases the last one and puts in a
blank one.

Any advise?  I have 20 since I was too lazy to try to figure out how
to use nice C and C++ structures with Explorer.
