I am trying to implement an image correlation procedure for identifying
displacements of selected points by comparing two images.  I need a warping
function to do this.  I haven't found one using explorer.  The ImageVision
library does have one, as well as BiCubic resampling.  Does this capability
exist in explorer?  Thanks
