Does anyone know if Explorer will be distributed to everyone on support, or do we need to call TAC and request an upgrade?

Excellent! Next, I called again. I was spurred on by the article in Silicon Graphics World that said 2.0 will be shipping in January. I've heard from elsewhere that January is a lovely dream for 2.0, but I had this article, that said... The second call to 1-800-800-4SGI, I got someone who said "It's not released yet.". I said "but I just read an announcement that...." he finished my sentence.... "yeah, yeah, in SGI World, right? It's not out yet." He told me to call my local sales office to get in line for a copy. The article said that 2.0 will ship in January. I don't know where they got their info in this case. It doesn't really matter. You just can't consider everything printed there as the gospel truth.
