I need a image analysis software to analysis my results of Comet
assay (single cell gel electrophoesis), which is a method for DAN
damage and repair detection.
What I want to measure are some parameters such as "area",
"length" of a the tail of "comet" .
Any one know the software? Thank you a million in advance!

If you have access to a Mac, get 'NIH Image'. It's free and it's designed
to do this kind of analysis. (developed by US's National Institute of Health)
Look at usual mirrors of info-mac. For keyword search, check out

Hope this may help.
