I have met plenty of people running LW on 486's (I would NOT recommend it), and I admit,
running LW on 8MBs of RAM would be hell to say the least. But LW runs fine under win95 so
that can also free up resources. A good rule of thumb from what I have heard is that MAX
has roughly double the processor and RAM requirements of LW. This is assuming you are
doing moderate to complex stuff and you want to run them comfortably. I have heard many
suggest getting at least 32MBs of RAM to begin with for LW, and 64MBs of RAM for MAX.

BTW, I thought NT's footprint was 12MBs?
