Full package w/ *all* manuals, hardware lock, disks, etc (It's all there in 
other words). Box got a bit wet (so doesn't look shiny new) but all contents 
in PERFECT condition and run beautifully. Hasn't even been registered yet! 
Make me an offer...Note that buyer must pay shipping charges for shipping of 
his/her choice.

Only *serious* offers will be considered.

Kris,

Is this the program that lets people (specifically) construct their 
"ideal" home and then do a virtual walk through?  If so, and the program 
is still available, I may be interested in it, if you will guarantee 
against DOA.
