Position: User Support w/Lotus Notes
Duties: AT LEAST TWO YEARS of paid, professional 
(post-academic) experience required for most positions.
Client is seeking a User Support Pro/ Lotus Notes Admin Pro.  
This person will be responsible for supporting about 250 users.  
The candidate will also make minor changes to a Lotus Notes 
database and perform some day to day admin duties as well.  
The candidate must be extremely proficient in a Windows 95 
environment and general business applications with MS Office. 
Candidate will do maintenance and support on a Novell 4.11 and 
will assist with Groupwise troubleshooting and support.  
This person must be articulate with a solid professional 
image, and the ability to demonstrate effective    
customer service skills.
