I am recently conducting a study on how people react to groupware when they have little or no knowledge about computers. We all know that in organizations , there might be some employess who joined the company when everybody was still using pencils and papers. Those people are usually with the most experience in the field and the company will certainly not get rid of them just because the y do not know how to use computers or they do not want to use computers. Under the above situation, as a manager or the owner of the organization, what would they do to cope with the problems to get their total commitment into the task. Any comment or suggestions will be highly appreciated. Do not forget to buy candies for the trick or treat.
