Groupware in Deutschland?

I would like to hear from German companies, institutions etc. who use
Groupware products.
I'm working on a piece for Deutsche Welle, the German short-wave radio
station, and would like to include some first-hand accounts.
What is it used for?
How has it canged things are done in the office?

thanks
