We are looking for a multi-user scheduling system for our Admissions
Office. The app would act like the typical doctor's office appointment
book where a receptionist (actually 1 of 4 receptionists) could view the
schedule for each interviewer and schedule candidate interviews.

Some features that we're looking for:

- everyone can see all the interviewer schedules, but only a select group
can modify any of the schedules
- allows interviewer to block out time during which they are engaged in
other activities and not available for interviews. These time blocks
would be scheduled as repeating events, daily for a selected time period.
- reporting would let a manager see how the interviewers are scheduled
and would allow tracking a candidate's visit
- system would allow the receptionist to enter notes about a candidate
that would be displayed for a selected appointment

We've looked at Meeting Maker and Front Desk. Front Desk comes closest,
but doesn't have the flexibility we want for the interviewer to modify
their calendar. Meeting Maker won't show all interviewer schedules in an
appointment book format.

I'm interested in any experiences with commercial schedulers used in
medical or legal offices, or College Admissions Offices. I'm also
interested in any custom packages that might be available for sale.

Please email your replies, I'll post a summary if there is sufficient
interest.
