Relative to the motion:
	A total of 59 messages were received.  Remember that no
message was equivalent to voting for the motion.

	There were no NAYs.

	Only two messages requested that it be comp.arch.parallel
instead of comp.parallel.

THEREFORE
	the motion CARRIES.  
	I'll contact gene spafford.  Whenever I get some sort of
instructions, I'll post.
