Folks, I'm working on defining relevance in Information Retrieval, currently looking at defining filters for news or mail message categories, and would like to get in contact with others who are also working in these areas. I'd be pleased to exchange views and information with anyone who's interested. Any information about available news or mail filtering systems would be welcome. Specifically, does anyone know where I can get information about ISCREEN, Topic and Individual Inc.? Anyone know where Stephen Pollock is (creator of ISCREEN)? Thanks, Mark ______________________________________________________________ Mark Magennis email: mark3@dcs.glasgow.ac.uk Dept. of Computing Science or try: mark3@uk.ac.glasgow.dcs University of Glasgow Glasgow, UK. tel: No phone, ho hum! ______________________________________________________________
