Hello, does anyone out there, in the wide world of information,  know of
 a short list of things to do when building a CSO nameserver.

From what I can gather of the very incomplete documentation, all I need to do
once i untar the qi+.tar file, I cd into qi.  run Configure and if that
works, I run make on the Makefile resident to the qi directory.  But Of
course this doesn't work.  I get compiler errors.  Why?  I'm running on 
AIX version 1.1.2 on an IBM 370.  I've also tried running it on AIX version 
3.2 on a RS/6000.  Is there something i am missing?  I don't know what to 
put in those config files in the configs directory?

Next, I am unsure as what to do once all the executables have been created.
I have a data file containing names, phone numbers, etc...  So what
utility that was created would I use on the data file?  What files do I
configure?  None of this information was at all provided in the
documentation and I'm completely miffed by this whole thing.  I would really
appreciate any helpful suggestions.
