Can anyone send me (please!) - references to publications - text of your own institution's guidelines regarding the problems of assessing multidisciplinary theses? I have seen passing references to the problem, but nothing substantial. Multidisciplinary research seems to be `desirable' but poorly rewarded (in terms of examiner assessment). What guidelines do other places give examiners? - students? Any help will be appreciated!
