SPONSORSHIP WANTED FOR TV TEXT COMPANY IN LATVIA!
Dear prospective Sponsor,
By this call we are going to attract the attention of western
companies , businessman and any organizations interested in running business in
the Baltic Market or capable to help us. We are the sole TV text company
in Latvia with 160 000 users of our services in the region. The company was
founded in 1994 for our own money. We began our activity from design and
manufacture the equipment for broadcasting TV text. We created on our own the
whole set of computer software including mathematics and algorithmic solutions
for providing of TV control operations. Having passed through all hardships
of an administrative order, we could show our first TELEMAGAZIN in
Latvia. Since then absolutely new means of multimedia have been developed.
But despite the fact that we completed the first stage of research, manufacture
and commissioning of the channel for our own money, we was made to take commercial credit of 25 000 US$ from local bank
for operating spends with 60 % rate of interest annually. The credits with
the rate are common accepted for in our region and there have not been any
other way to obtain money resources for the business in the region. The rate
could hardly be justified for common business in the region such as
trade, financial operation, but not for electronic industry. It took two
year to get used to TV text. At meantime our company appeared to be in
critical financial situation.
To keep on our current activity, not to lose our specialists, we are urgently in need of money resource at least
of 40000 USD.
We are ready to consider any proposals for sponsorships, investments, and
credits in framework of either joint or any other projects. Our company
stuffed with University graduates in field of electronics, mathematics ,
economics.

raising $40,000???  Doesn't sound very profitable, IMHO!
