Metrics are the key to success for many executives. We have published a
book which provides a template for content and display format that can
be used in creating your own managment reporting system.

It has been used by may executives to communicate status and direction to
organizations both internally and externally. The tool kit is currently
being used in graduate schools of business (in the US and
internationally)
as part of the required degree materials.
