For those of you people intersted in ERIC, online Encyclopedia's etc..
I recomen
d the Carl network as on the the best only free services offered.  The
network
consists of more that just one library.  The whole network has many
that go 
from coast to coast.  Some require that you be a student or have a
library card
at some of the sites, but many servies do not.
