My boss walked in and said find out how much and what we have to do to bring up JES3 for product testing. I have never touched JES3. So, I have a couple of questions that would be very helpful if someone has answers. 1. Will JES3 run on a P/390? This will be OS/390 1.3. 2. Can we set up a system where we can switch back and forth between JES2 (normal operation) and JES3 for testing? 3. For #2, can we specify the switch over at IPL, or do we need a second residence volume. If you can point me to documentation with the answers it would be appreciated. I am finding the CD docs slow going to find the answers. TIA Bob Halpern 18232 Erwin Street Tarzana, CA 91335-7024 phone 818 705-8356 fax 818 342-7243 email Bob Halpern <wumpus@ix.netcom.com>
