We have a Professional Basic program which uses Novell's Btrieve for DOS
To use Btrieve in the basic environment you must execute a Basic Open with a
device NUL in order to use the Field statement.  This program has worked fine 
on every Novell network from version 2.12 to 3.11.  We recently upgraded
our server to 3.12 using the new Frameset and the program gives the following
error message PATH/FILE ACCESS ERROR and gives the address of the line of
code opening the file with NUL.  Does anyone have any ideas???  Other programs
using Btrieve but using a different programming language do not cause this 
error.
