hi guys,
	I need some serious help!, I am stuck without your help!
I have an api call which allows me to launch a default web browser and an
email package from system. 

What i want to achive :  I want to be able to attach a text file from an
install prog directory. how do i do that ? without using a third party
tools if i can help it.

You can use MAPI to do attachments quite easily.  Check out the info on
MSDN Library, they give examples.
