Hello everybody. I am a newbie to the VB Programming biz, and I want to
create an "instant messanging" program for my buddy and I. I want to use
WinSock (or SocketWrench) to talk to him, and recieve text from him over our
network using TCP/IP. Because I am a newbie, I don't know a darn thing about
using WinSock. Could anybody please tell me, step-by-step, how to use the
WinSock control for this, and provide a commented example for this? Your
help would be greatly appriecieated. I am at my work's workstation, so just
