I am writing a program in VB6 and need help with the following:

I need to be able to display a JPEG or BMP picture and then be able to zoom
in/out of that
picture, I would also like to have scroll bars to allow the visible section
of the
picture to be moved.

I will also need to be able to draw a grid over the picture and this must
scroll aswell.

Have you got code to do this or know where I can get some then please let me
know.
Perhaps one of the function in VB6 already does this(I havent be able to
find any)
