Hi, Im trying to make a calendar control for a school schedule that shows the final output of de schedule for each class. I though that the best way to mark lessons in the days of the week was to create labels to contain de information needed to the output. Sence I dont know in advanced what is the number of lesson per week for each class a need to create the labels in run-time to reduce waist of resources. Thist labels have another propriety that I need, they can be draged and droped from where they are. They can permute betteewn then selves (drag and drop propriety). Im really needing to make this control to my final project. If you can help me I would apreciate. Note: If you know any control that already makes it please tell me because I really need it. Thanks for all your atention! Over and Out !!! nunopimentel@mail.telepac.pt

You need to creat atleast one instance of a control at design time and thatshoudl be in an array. Then at runtime just use Load statement to load(create) new more than one instance of the control. e.g. if you have a label control named label1(0) ( must be in an array) then to create another label at runtime do: Load Label1(1) ' new label is created Label(1).caption =..... Label(1).move =..... etc etc.... Note that the new control will inherent the properties of the original control. As with any control, the answer is to start with a non-visible control with an Index of zero. You can then create instances of the control using Load with an Index of 1 or greater. -- Jeff Law DataMasta Limited Mt Maunganui, New Zealand Website: http://www.wave.co.nz/pages/datamasta Email: jefflaw@datamasta.co.nz Nuno Pimentel <nunopimentel@mail.telepac.pt> wrote in article <01bcac37$febfe960$9af141c2@nop48024>... > Hi, > > Im trying to make a calendar control for a school schedule that shows the > final output of de schedule for each class. > I though that the best way to mark lessons in the days of the week was to > create labels to contain de information needed to the output. > Sence I dont know in advanced what is the number of lesson per week for > each class a need to create the labels in run-time to reduce waist of > resources. > Thist labels have another propriety that I need, they can be draged and > droped from where they are.
