Well, I'm hooked to the Internet through  a campus lan, so I downloaded the 
"new" SP3 and extracted the files in it.  I can't explain the size differences 
between the "old" and "new" SP3 archives, but after extraction, they are 
identical.  They both have 649 files taking up 56,411,868 bytes.  The file 
dates are identical too, 5/1/97 12:00AM.  Maybe they rearchived them for some 
reason?  I don't know...
