Just to clear up a point. Academic Licenses DO qualify for Tech Support and upgrades if they are purchased by a qualified educational end user such as a Student, Teacher, Faculty or Staff member of an accredited educational institution, as defined by the manufacturers. If you had been sold these licenses and you were not an educational end user, the license is not valid which would be the reason for no upgrade or Tech support. I am with Micro Master. We are an Authorized Educational Reseller. In order to sell this we must have our customer send to us a copy of their Student or Faculty Photo ID at the time of sale. If someone is selling you Academic software illegally, you may want to consider reporting them to the manufacturer whose software they are selling illegally. Good Luck! JP
