I'm developing an app (VB5) with a rather large number of label controls, so the following _might_ have some interest: Here goes: Does it matter for the size of the final EXE if label.captions (and other captions for that matter) are left blank in design mode or if they are written fully out. I'm loading all strings from .RES anyway, so I _could_ blank out all lables in design mode before compiling. But I don't want to..... -- Jens Vestergaard http://www.railsoft.dk Reply: jv at railsoft.dk dk-online is for spam :-)
