I needed a couple more licenses for VB5 Professional, and purchased via
some ads posted by Mr. James Lewis from "Internet Solutions", who is
using the email address isolution@freeyellow.com, a single copy of
Visual Basic 5.0 Professional.

What I received, despite several clear messages that this had to be a
complete retail version with full licenses, for business use, was the
Academic Edition, with the Academic Edition license. See a copy of Mr.
Lewis recent ad below.

Since I do not qualify for an Academic Edition license, and have ZERO
upgrade and ZERO MS Tech Support with an Academic Edition, I have asked
James Lewis to send me the correct non-Academic Edition or proper
license, but as of today, Wednesday 01/14/98, have not received the
correct software or license. Mr. James Lewis from Internet Solutions
was paid in cash, with a US Postal Money Order on Friday 01/02/98 and
confirmed payment on Tuesday 01/06/98

This message is intended only as a Warning, at this point simply a
record of events, as I have full confidence that Mr. Lewis is sending
or has sent the proper software and/or license.

As you may be aware, anyone with an Academic License does not qualify
for MS Tech Support or upgrades and since this is for business use and
must pass auditing requirements, it is completely useless at this
point.
