I'm trying to call functions of a DLL I developed in Borland C++ 4.5 (it's actually written in C) from Visual Basic 3.0. Everything works fine, all parameters are passed correctly, etc, etc, until the VB program gets to call a DLL function that does a setjmp(). Disaster... The first message I get is the "an error has occured in your application" blurb, then I get a GPF in BC450RTL.DLL at 0001:12EC (the 12EC is always the same). I've tried everything I could think of, like calling setjmp() from a _cdecl function in my DLL, running my VB program as an .exe, running it with Turbo Debugger, but nothing seems to work. On the other hand, calling the same functions from a BC++ program is no problem. Calls to setjmp/longjmp work with no problem. Any suggestions/ideas as to what I could do before dumping the VB part completetly would be greatly appreciated.
