Just my undoubetdly less that $.02 worth:

I have resisted jumping in here, but this is getting to be rather
annoying.  You (and yes, now me, too) are cross-posting this to 19
totally un-related newsgroups.  Even the clipper forum is a programming
language forum, NOT a legal issues forum.  

Please take this to private email. 

You should be aware that MCI has started cancelling the accounts of
users who persist in this sort of behavior.  While none of you may be
customers of MCI directly, some of the providers involved probably are,
and your providers may be at some risk here even if you are not.
