are you refering to time as in what time of day it is or time as in when X
number of minutes/seconds etc pass?

I gather you are refering to the later so here is something you could use.
This will basically make form2 visible after and interval of 1000 has
passed. Its a little crude but it works fine for me

Private Sub Form_Load()

Timer1.Interval = 1000                                        ' 1000 is the
timer interval.

End Sub

Private Sub Timer1_Timer()

Form2.visible = true                                            ' Makes
form2 visible after 1000 interval has passed on the timer

End Sub

I hope this helps you out a bit

Cheers
