I tend to write a little program to count the time of getting on the
internet.
However, I don't know how to obtain the time of getting on the internet
from my knowledge.
Can anyone help me?

1. Get the time of day.
2. Connect to the internet
3. Get the time of day again.
4. Subtract the two times to get amount of elapsed time.
